The Castle, open for business, one final time,  and  Just for You!



The Castle Looms ominously during the winter of discontent!

 

Once upon a time, in New Jersey, there were no less then Three Wonderful Shore Built Haunted  Walkthrough's. All were "Sister" built rides, having in common their themes as well as builder and designers. Known by locals as the "Trilogy of Terror" these three rides Scared and Thrilled  guests along the shore for many a year.

Defunct Long Branch N.J. Haunted Mansion. In Later Days, the Pier was Called "Kids World" featuring the parks Mascot, "Sandy The Sea lion".


Sadly, two of them, the Long Branch "Haunted Mansion"  burned down in 1987, while the other "sister", the "Brigantine Castle" closed for good around 1984.


The Long Vanished Brigantine Amusement Pier, Brigantine Castle. All Three Haunted Attractions owe a lot to the talents  of  "Fast Freddie".

The last of the great Wildwood Haunted attractions burned down to the ground in lost history and dreams on January the 16th. 2002.  "Born" in Memorial Day Weekend, 1977 "Dracula's Castle" as it was known to many, thrilled and scared the  most of hearty souls! Lets not forget the Classic Old Mill Boat ride below her as well, dating  back to the 1910's.
